I can't say enough great things about Lynne at Richard Francis! Every time I leave the salon, I feel and look absolutely beautiful. Lynne does an amazing job with my cut, color, and style—she really listens and knows exactly how to bring out the best in my hair. Her attention to detail and warm personality make every visit a pleasure. Highly recommend her if you're looking for a stylist who truly knows her craft!

In my experience at this salon, which has spanned over a year, I have encountered several significant inconsistencies and issues that ultimately affect the clientele. Initially, I was partnered with a stylist whose work I admired, and I was satisfied with the pricing established by that particular stylist.
