Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes

Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional... read more
