I've seen Dr. Waters twice, both appointments he was almost an hour late for. He expressed no sympathy for being late, instead laughed about it when I was clearly irritated. During the appointment he seemed to want to get out of there as soon as possible. He provided no information for me, had not looked at my file to know what was going on with my pregnancy and needed to be told by myself, a nurse, and the ultrasound tech that another ultrasound would be necessary.
