I forgot to include the unbelievable wait to actually see the medical staff at Dr. Rathborne's office. I have heard some of his special friends are allowed to go in the back door there and see the Dr. with no wait or very short waits. My son waited for hours each time he went in to see the doctor. Totally unacceptable.
