I am very disappointed in the way I was treated. I went in this morning bc they messed up my glasses and they started yelling at me that they never said that the lens was messed up. They started yelling at me to get out and to never come back I’m so disappointed. And they started calling me a lier and deleting my records so they wouldn’t get it trouble.
This is a bit late. I had my eye exam last year, and this is the first time in my 66 years that I have had a pair of glasses that correct my vision not only far, but near. I've spent a fortune on contacts, glasses, LASIK, and never have been able to read without switching to drugstore "readers". Not anymore. Thank you Dr. Patrick and staff.
