I felt very dismissed. I was made to feel I was wasting his time because my issue was not a big enough problem worthy of his time. I am certain he is a fine surgeon but he made me badly. I feel like I need to maybe cut my toes off myself so that someone will have to do something. The front desk receptionist was amazing and Kaitlyn the gal that took me back was also amazing but his MA and the gal taking notes during were extremely impersonal and unfriendly.
I have had two major surgeries done by Dr. Owens and they have been very successful. I recommend him highly. He is professional and personable, very knowledgeable. I would definitely have him help me in the future.
