My last visit with Richard I saw a big attitude shift and knew there was something wrong. Then we get word that he abruptly left the practice and we get treated like strangers and need to wait 3 months to see a physician like a new patient. Meanwhile my wife and I both have medications that are crucial to our quality of life and we were pretty much told it's tough luck until they can see us in March. This doctor refused to give me any testing when I was under his care. His response was “you just have allergies” with a scoff, when I asked for any testing. I’ve since switched doctors who have found that I have an autoimmune disorder. Do yourself a favor and find a doctor who will actually listen and help you
Richard is great, made the switch from dr brownstein to him very easy
I had a great experience with Richard! He answered all of my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed if anything he was asking me questions to ensure All of my concerns were attended too! & helped me get my physical and TB shot fast for my new job. I appreciate all the staff here and the nurse Tiaera did an amazing job administering the TB shot I didn’t feel a thing!! She was very patient with me as well since I hate getting needles!
