The doctor experience was sufficient. The billing afterwards was atrocious. They are price gougers. My EOB stated a procedure they tried to charge me with was already covered under a different procedure. They continue to persist in trying to DOUBLE CHARGE me for the service. EDIT: their response here is a nonsense canned response. At the end of the day, they stuck me with a surprise bill for something my insurance says was already covered.
The doctor is ok , ProHealth is terrible, the billing dept just can not do a better job -- bill out with wrong diagnose code , send us a bill with wrong address .... wasting my time to deal with them but the issues still there ....
My daughter has been seeing Dr. Koty, since 13 months old, she is now 6. His expertise and guidance has helped my daughter tremendously. He is very patient and really takes his time. It’s because of him, that she also wants to be an eye doctor when she grows up.
