We had a super disappointing experience with this dr and this facility. They were only recommended by our pediatrician that's how we ended up here. our son required immediate care for a condition that came on pretty quick so we got an appt here. the staff was rude while conducting my sons eye test im not even confident the staff got the rx right because he was little and struggling with the process. the woman lacked patience and was not caring at all with my four year old. the dr who we saw for all of 5 mins rushed us didnt ... read more
The doctor experience was sufficient. The billing afterwards was atrocious. They are price gougers. My EOB stated a procedure they tried to charge me with was already covered under a different procedure. They continue to persist in trying to DOUBLE CHARGE me for the service. EDIT: their response here is a nonsense canned response. At the end of the day, they stuck me with a surprise bill for something my insurance says was already covered.
The doctor is ok , ProHealth is terrible, the billing dept just can not do a better job -- bill out with wrong diagnose code , send us a bill with wrong address .... wasting my time to deal with them but the issues still there ....
