Had a great experience today with Michael and Greg. They educated me on the services and asked questions about what plan would work best. They related to me at a great level and mentioned being gamers like myself. 10/10 would recommend these guys and their company.

LIE LIE LIE AND LIE SOMEMORE. Service was so bad, coukd never even get either smart tv to connect nor my new computer!!! Called them several tines...no response... Tried to cancel was told I iqed another year and half...uhhhh, NOOOOO. l asked that question when the rep CAME TO MY DOOR, high pressure to sign up right tgen. Promised everything woukd be perfect, fharged $100 to plug in a box! Took 2 mins. They turned me over to collections because they said l signed a 2 year contract. Which I did not. I could write a book about how much i hate this company. They are liars and cheaters do everything you can to not give them money.
If I could give negative stars I would, this is the absolute worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. I have lived in several locations where this is the only internet service provider available and there are constant outages, unwillingness to help customers and promises made by the sales people that the company is unable to hold up to.
