Dr.Caplan has perfect bedside manner. From my initial consultation for gall bladder surgery he walked in and shook myself and my mom's hand. He talked to me before my surgery and reassured me of what procedure I was having. He talked to my kids and made me feel really calm before my procedure. After the procedure he walked out and told my mom everything went well.
Dr. Caplan is an extraordinary surgeon who demonstrated exceptional skill and compassion. The attention to detail, clear communication, and dedication to patient well-being were evident by he and his entire team throughout my entire experience. I highly recommend to anyone in need of surgical care.
