So glad I took advantage of my free trainer consult as a member. Sharon was so knowledgeable and she designed a workout specific to my personal needs. I’m currently undergoing PT for some neck and arm pain and they told me I’m weak in my mid back. She recommended a mix of exercises with free weights and machines to help me strengthen both my back and shoulders. Went in with my wife for her therapy, I ask if I could walk the track, I had jeans on and didn't plan on staying that long. They wanted me to pay $12 for me to use the track. I don't think I would want to pay for a membership if you can't even see the place without paying $12.
After canceling my membership they still took payment for an additional month.
Outdated equipment, some broken. Half of TVs don't work on treadmills. If you cancel, they charge you the next month regardless because "30 days notice". Staff is rude or indifferent - you're an inconvenience to them, just scan your card and go. For the price, join a local gym or Planet Fitness. Far better experience, service and equipment than this glorified & overpriced YMCA.
