Excellent doctor best doctor I've ever had. Kane caring really gets to know you.Staff is phenomenal.
It seems like every time I have to call Dr Van's office the secretary Angela is always rude to me. I could be over sensitive but there is no reason to be short and dismissive to a patient on the phone. I call to discuss options and meds but she seems to be way to preoccupied to help. In a rush.. I know the office is busy but really 5/10 min phone call? And since when does the secretary have the option to deny a med request without speaking to the doctor? Dr Richard Van Nieuwenhui is an Amazing doctor. My whole family has him as their primary doctor. My husband is so happy to have him as his doctor. He listens to you and doesn't rush you. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are getting the best care. Thank you Dr R V
