I had a visit to go over my blood work which was good. Richard Haire is a good PA but he took me off a prescription that I use as a sleep aid. I was using this med for like 10 years. He was arguing with me about it and my wife was sitting there as well. What they gave me to replace it is not covered by BC&BS either and does not work as good.
Dr Rich has a great bedside manor, is easy to talk with, and is down to earth. It was a pleasure speaking with him!!
As always he really cares
I have been seeing Rich Haire for a number of years and he has always made me feel comfortable and he listens to any concerns I may have. He also explains any concerns he may have regarding my health in plain english so I understand. The whole staff at Novant are very friendly also.
