I left a meeting early to get to this appointment. I waited for over an hour Should be taken back to exam room. Then I waited another 20 to 30 minutes before the doctor came in. When he came in he ridiculed me because I was five months early for my next colonoscopy. I explained that his receptionist had told me that it was time to come in when I called. I have been with Dr. Richard E. for over 10 years now, and he has always taken time to fully explain and listen to my issues. He takes a conservative approach and all procedures done in the on site facility is top notch and on time. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a top notch gastro doctor
Top quality care so far. Short wait time. Concerned about the patient. Good eye contact. Not in a hurry. Takes time to review and explain everything.
Had initial consultation and a proceedure done , all on the premises. Very satisfied. The proceedure team was excellent in bedside manners and they offered before and after information that left me very relaxed.
Yes I would recommend Dr Eisenman without hesitation, Professional, Knowledgeable, and his whole staff is excellent. Dr Eisenman took his time to explain anything I had a question about. The facility is state of the art and clean . The equipment used is of excellent quality and each department in the facility worked like a team and provided an excellent experience. Dr Eisenman has all the right tools needed to take care of his Patients properly.
