Everything was good from the first person who prepared me for the Doctor who gave me my prescription. Very nice and professional. With this said the woman who sat down with me to pick out glasses was misleading and she does have the repetition for doing so. I’m sure that she gets paid on what she sales and it shows. I left with the frames that I supposedly pick out after looking at them for a few days I really was sure that the frames I had was not the ones I pick out and my wife agreed. I saw Dr. Harris for many years and was so sad to lose him. So I was very pleased to have someone like Dr. Patel handle my eye care now. She was very kind, personable and thorough. The rest of the staff are very friendly and helpful as well. Plus with all the online features, scheduling is a breeze!
