Rebecca was able to help me and guide me through the process of making an auto-vehicle accident claim! It made that process much easier and less stressful for me.
I have all my insurance here. Great people. Update: Once again Rebecca comes to the rescue! It's so nice to deal with an insurance agency that really looks out for the best interests of the customer. They have my respect and trust.
Lame Farm!! Dropped us out of the blue after 5 years, all because we had a car towed. We have paid faithfully and on time even when our bill almost doubled. Stay away from state Farm they have no loyalty and are just in it to make large commissions. Worst insurance company ever!
When I have had to call into the office and I introduce myself, they talk to me like a friend and Rebecca is always so kind and on top of things. I've had to ask them to wait a few extra days for my payment to process a couple of times and they are GREAT about working with me. Very pleased with their services.
Rebecca helped me update my odo so I will keep getting a great discount and she helped me update my debit card for my automatic payment. It doesn't matter how small it is that I need help with they are happy to help. I've been with them for over 40 years and will never change because of the amazing service. They really care about their people and making sure we get the prices available for our insurance needs!
