I have been trying to get into see Dr Devlerio since October it is now March. The first red flag should have been needing to speak with a supervisor just to get on the schedule due to the secretary Mary not answering or responding to my many voicemails left for two months. Upon Mary returning my call since I reached out to her superior she then started our conversation on the wrong foot with a nasty unprofessional attitude. Excellent physician who listens and actually cares about his patients. Takes patients input into conversations and uses that information to make the best plan of care. Office visits run smoothly and schedules are on time. His secretary, Mary, is a wealth of knowledge and experience and takes care of concerns in a very timely manner.
