There is a mishandling of patient IDs happening here, as well as hugely unprofessional behavior. Yesterday, the receptionist either gave my father's driver's license and medicare card to the wrong patient or purposely withheld it, but denied having done so and refused to take responsibility or help him. When my father asked for his ID and Medicare card back (she had them for a lengthy time to call insurance for verification), she claimed they'd already given them back, but that was not true. Cannot say enough. I love that he listens, and is direct to the point. But as a woman in her 70’s in over 15 years, he has been late only once. That is one heck of a boast about a doctor
Dr Dinsdale has been my primary care doctor for 27 years. One of the things I love about him he said he supports any alternative supplements that I use. Dr Dinsdale is always warm and caring. I would recommend him for everybody
