I have been seeing Dr. Patten for over six years. He is extremely knowledgeable and addresses my needs with great professionalism. I am very happy to have him as my cardiologist. Since October 2018, Dr. Patten has been managing my heart failure. Fortunately, my health has remained stable, and my ejection fraction has consistently stayed between 25% and 30%.
Dr. Patten is absolutely amazing!!! He took my case over from a different cardiologist which I’m beyond grateful he did!!! Every step of this journey him and his team have been absolutely amazing and keeps me informed and even goes out of their way to check in with me!!! Takes the time needed to explain everything to me and my mother about this whole long process!!! Truly beyond grateful for Dr. Patten and his team!!!
Other than a rather long and confusing walk to the office in the hospital, the reception and quality of care is excellent. The receptionist (Victoria) and the doctor (Richard Patten) were welcoming and very prepared. Dr Patten is a highly skilled physician with excellent communication skills.
