Went to Dr McWhorter for kidney stones. He put in a stint and told me no one ever dies from kidney stones! Perhaps he said he hasn’t had anyone die from kidney stones. The pain I experienced was awful. I’ve had numerous kidney stones since (NW Arkansas is in kidney stone zone, per Mayo Clinic and yes, you can die from kidney stones!)
Horrible patient care...if you need an appointment plan on two weeks out. Rude office staff & appointment scheduler
I cannot say anything negative. I've had NO issues with scheduling, being seen - emergent and regular appointments. The entire staff - front desk, nurses, doctor and device technicians have been awesome! I firmly believe that if one has an issue it's because they chose to be non-compliant or argumentative from the start. This group is a full team player with best interests of the patient at heart.
You won't find a more caring and genuine and competent doctor than Dr. Rick McWhorter. Compassion coupled with the highest level of competence.
