I just had my first cataract surgery. The office is lovely, the front end people are wonderful, all the technicians are great, and Dr. Hawkins is wonderful. I appreciated all the little videos I was given to watch, the bag with what I needed to bring to surgery, and the timeliness of everything. Dr. Hawkins was recommended to me by a friend, and I couldn’t be more grateful. This is the doctor you want to use. If I could give Dr. Hawkins more stars, I would. I went into the E.R. with a pneumatic .5-inch staple in my eye. In the O.R., he was able to remove it and be super optimistic about the results of the surgery and the situation. He was calm, compassionate, and had a terrific bedside manner and made me feel much better in my situation given the circumstances.
