Thorough exam with excellent feedback and options
Dr. Sykora always takes the time to listen to what I have to say and want to know, and then provides excellent advice.
Dr Habberman was a VERY important part of our family. I have a son who had numerous ear issues and a 60% hearing loss as a child. Dr Habberman was always there with a solution and kind words. He has done 2 ear drum reconstructions (Tympanoplasty) for my son and we are so grateful for his talent and expertise. My sons hearing was restored and has had not further issues. Dr Habberman has always let us know the pros and cons to all procedures. The outcomes have been life changing for my son.
Dr. Christenson, and his surgical team were all wonderful! They each came in to my room while I was waiting for surgery and introduced themselves and told me their title. They all had great people skills, and we're making sure that I was comfortable. I would highly recommend this Clinic for all your ENT needs.

I am not new to this clinic but new with Dr. Christenson. I was very satisfied with my visit, and even though we have no conclusion to the issue going on (need to see my TMJ doc), we know it is NOT several things. I felt heard, respected and not rushed and that he truly covered everything possible to figure out the problem.
Dr. Christiansen was amazing. He is very thorough diagnostician who does not settle for the easy answer. I came to him after seeing two other doctors, inadvertently leading me in a false direction. He listened to me thoroughly, pushed back gently on my assumptions by providing me with greater context and understanding, took the time to explore options, and made sure that I had an immediate hearing test to confirm his suspicions. Dr. Christenson was very thorough and took time to answer all of my questions. Highly recommend.
He was very unfriendly and uncaring. He did not take time to listen or explain my condition and left me feeling hopeless. He treated me as if I was an annoyance in his day and he could not wait for me to leave. I would give him zero stars if I could.
