I went to Comprehensive Medical Specialists of Texas for an annual well woman exam. The appointment was fine, but afterward they would not share the results of my Pap smear with me unless I set up another appointment and pay an additional copay. When I declined the second appointment, the office manager said she would call me back and let me know what other options I had. I never received a call. Dr Drake's front office staff was very courteous, patient, and compassionate-They went above and beyond!!! Dr Drake put me at ease the moment I met him! His bedside manner is something that seems rare, but should be a norm-he put my mind at ease,, was very clear on what to expect next. I left my visit feeling positive about my diagnosis!! Thank you Dr Drake and staff!!!!
