This office is calloused! I tried to make an appointment only to find I was "released" over a 60.75 bill I didn't realize I owed. When I asked why I wasn't contacted, I was told "we don't do that". I work out of town and out of state most often... my mail gets forwarded most times. I paid the 60.75 yet I earn more than that per hour. It was a simple mailing issue!
