Well, obviously I'm not the first one to be offended at how pathetic the front of the house of this doctor's office works Doctor Cole and the providers along with the nurses are great. But the office staff is horrid. they clearly couldn't care anything about you. Doctor Cole doesn't care either, if he did, he would make sure his staff were more professional. this is the worst doctor's office I have ever been in as far as communications.
