Believe the reviews. This office is terrible about canceling appointments. It takes forever to get in and they constantly cancel. Staff is not friendly or helpful. It’s too bad because we liked the doctor, but we can’t work with the unreliability and lack of professionalism.
I had an appointment here as a new patient, received several messages that my appointment was canceled by the office and there were no other new patient appointments available so I didn't go. Then today I receive a letter in the mail saying I missed my appointment! I'll just find somewhere else to go.
He has taken care of my family (everyone)for 30 years. He is the best. There is no medical problem that he can't solve. He is not a pill pusher like most doctors. When Dr. Cohen retires I probably will not go to the doctor any longer. Thank you Dr. Cohen from the bottom of my heart for taking such good care of the ones I love.
My family have been patients of Dr Cohen for years. He is a wonderful doctor. The office staff however is another story. There is a constant rotation in staff and most of them are rude and incompetent. I'm sorry but we will be looking for a new doctor because over the past few years it has gotten progesivly worse. They refused to give my daughter an appointment with Dr Cohen until she called with the car insurance info. She was to be seen as a follow up.
