I had the most incredible Surgeon for my L4-5 surgery. Dr. Chung and his staff gave me a piece of mind that they will be there 24/7 and they DID!!!. My recovery was only 2 weeks, incision was very small. He was in no hurry in discharging me. He took his time to make sure my wound was healed enough for me to come home. Highly, highly recommended.
Dr Chung was thorough and straight to the point, I appreciated both the examination and explanation of my MRI/physical exam he did. The notes he took were very thorough as well, which I really appreciate as I try to navigate my symptoms seeing different kinds of specialist to figure out a diagnosis. I had sciatica for 3 yrs. For 6 months prior to my surgery I was nearly incapacitated by my pain. I was referred to Dr. CHUNG and within 3 weeks of my initial call, I had my surgery. Now, almost 3 months out, I have not felt sciatica since I entered the hospital for the surgery. Every step, everyone at his office and Cottage Hospital were more than professional and very nice too! I have recommended him to many friends with similar problems. Hopefully they follow through.
I have always heard good things about Dr. Chung, but wow, what an amazingly knowledgeable and skilled doctor. Definitely someone you can trust.
