Don Basil in service is the gold standard for customer service. Took my CPO Chevy Colorado in that I purchased in Vermont and coordinated a repair with the Vermont dealership and had me out the door in a day. In today’s world, “doing what you say you’re gonna do” is hit and miss. Don and Richard Chevrolet has always been the best to deal with. Thank you, Don 
Absolutely a pleasure going to this dealership the folks there value their customers I wouldn't go any where else. Don is one of the best customer service people there and they have many service personnel that values their customers
Scheduled oil change took less than an hour. I feel good about bringing my car there.
Disappointed that our transmission needs to be replaced at only 76,000 miles. Richard Chevrolet will work with us to get it fixed. Don't blame them, blame Chevy for knowing there are issues with their transmissions.
