Dr. Chan and his staff are amazing!! They are always willing to answer all of your questions. Five of my children and myself have used Dr. Chan for orthodontic care and we are all extremely happy with the results. We will be using him for the last four kids in the future.
Staff is very friendly, flexible and easy to communicate with. My son’s teeth look beautiful after treatment! Thank you Dr. Chan for all your work!

Dr. Chan is so good at what he does, he strives to help everyone. I thought I couldn’t afford braces but he put me on a very affordable payment plan and now I have perfectly straight teeth. My daughter is now his patient as well, he takes her insurance when most other places will not. I am very pleased with the level of care. All of his employees are kind and helpful. I highly recommend Dr.Chan to anyone who needs an orthodontist.
First, we enjoyed our experiences with Dr. Chan and his office. He did wonderful work and we appreciate that he chooses to be part of our community. All was good until they hired horrible billing and account receivables people. We have paid multiple thousand of dollars, and they screwed up a $100 final payment. What followed was harassment and a complete inability to make effective contact. We get harassed, but some sort of scammer type payment is asked for by text instead of our previous payments.
