I'll be honest with my review: I can't speak on Richard Celler himself - but his intake agent "Gayle" I believe her name is (?) was horrible. She was so rude, she jump-started my day. I was in bed, just received a call from her and this is how the call went: ring ring ring.... Me: "Hello?" Gayle: "This is the law firm of blah blah blah.... you submitted an intake form about an employment matter.. WHAT IS YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS?" Well, good morning to you too!!!
