Richard is just a pure pleasure to work with. I first discovered him as my mom’s agent when her health started to decline and we had to make changes to her policy when my brother and I take over her car. He was just so helpful, always so welcoming, and goes above and beyond. He responds right away to messages or emails, helps break things down, and makes sure I understand everything.
