The staff are the sweetest people i have ever met. Everyone is so caring and they know how to get you done quickly. I went for my impacted wisdom tooth removal and was in horrible pain. They were constantly checking on me to make sure i was okay and the on call nurse was messaging me with very helpful information. I unfortunately got dry socket and was even more uncomfortable, They got me in so quickly after i told them i was in pain, about 3 hours after quick, and Dr. Manus as well as the assistants took amazing care of me.... read more
Yes, great Dr. horrible staff!! I had issues with incompetent dental assistants and the worst billing issue you could imagine. They made a clerical error in filing my insurance that caused my insurance to be denied. Threatened collections, until I informed them I had double insurance coverage AND had prepaid for a future procedure. It was at that time they discovered their error. However, they still didn't file properly or give credit for the prepaid procedure and sent the bill to collections. Incompetent isn't good enough f... read more
