Horrible attorney. He was my lawyer on a misdemeanor probation violation case. Pretty sure he works for the District attorney. He didn't even try. I had set up my defense and informed him of it well before court and he just ignored me and everything that had to do with my case. He acted like he was defending the prosecution more then his own client..He asked all but two questions when I was on the stand and those questions only made it worse. Richard Mabry showed up by accident on my court date at the court house and told me we were scheduled for the following day. He must have called his secretary as she came running in with my file and assured him it WAS our court day. Richard Mabry was totally unprepared and desperately tried to review my file as we entered the court room......what a disaster. I asked for my money back because of his lack of preparation but he refused. It is only my OPINION, but this man is a joke of a lawyer. Sharon Swindle
