Dr Lam is a great doctor. I had a negative experience at other doctors in the area. With Dr Lam I can always get a hold of their office or get a call back by end of day. When I actually get to the appointment itself Dr. Lam gives me the time of day and doesn't leave until we address all concerns. Front staff and nurses are fantastic as well.
My mom's scheduled appointment to see Dr Lam was cancelled two times. The office cancelled both of her appointments because her transportation was late getting her there, even though she had a grace period, and her arrival time would have been 10 mins after her scheduled appointment. The clerk was rude and said that my mother should have known her appointment time, and basically implied that it was her fault for not getting there on time. My mother is a cancer patient and needed to see Dr Lam in order to have her procedure. ... read more
Dr Lam is an excellent primary care physician. He takes the time to listen and then to explain things in detail. He's also very personable. He is only one of two doctors that I really trust and I see many.
Absolutely Love this doctor and his office staff. There is alot of paperwork to fill out as a new patient but that just tells me they actually care! My first visit was so eye opening. He has a wonderful bedside quality and I felt he really cared. I was initially apprehensive because I had been with my previous physician for so long and change is hard. He blew that out of the water with his amazing attention to detail and friendly disposition! 10 STARS 🤩 Thank you Dr. Lam ans staff!
