Dr. Richard Lam is the first doctor I ever had who takes the time to listen to me. The office is very clean and I do not have to wait long to be seen.. and I don’t have long to request for an appointment.

We are going on 10 years with Dr Lam. Just finished my checkup 117/72. Blood sugar 84. I feel better than I have in 30 years. He tells me no even when I don’t want to hear it. That I really appreciate it. I need an honest Dr and he is a straight shooter 100%. I came here to get better and strangely. It’s working like a charmp! Thank you so much! And no he didn’t pay me to write this. He helped me get healthy!

Dr Lam is a great doctor. I had a negative experience at other doctors in the area. With Dr Lam I can always get a hold of their office or get a call back by end of day. When I actually get to the appointment itself Dr. Lam gives me the time of day and doesn't leave until we address all concerns. Front staff and nurses are fantastic as well.

My mom's scheduled appointment to see Dr Lam was cancelled two times. The office cancelled both of her appointments because her transportation was late getting her there, even though she had a grace period, and her arrival time would have been 10 mins after her scheduled appointment. The clerk was rude and said that my mother should have known her appointment time, and basically implied that it was her fault for not getting there on time.
