Honestly, procedure went well and most staff was great. However, after the endoscopy facility called And told me what my final bill would be (before procedure) I had asked if I could do the procedure without using my insurance. The facility, then stated it would be fraud if I didn’t use my insurance, Which it is not fraud it is a choice I can make. After talking to my insurance company, they charged me over $3000 for an endoscopy because that’s how high my deductible was but if I chose to have it self-pay, it would’ve been $... read more
This place is Amazing, from the receptionist to the rest of staff, they're well polite, definitely I will continue going to this place for my procedures.
Patient experience here is 11/10! Really competent and kind nurses, doctors, staff, etc. I can't say enough great things.
What a wonderful place to go for a colonoscopy. The staff puts you at ease from the moment you check in till you are discharged. Believe me from someone who suffers from panic/anxiety attacks I was so scared but they are so understanding and made me feel comfortable and not afraid. Thanks to all of the staff, you are the best!!
