This is the worst of the worst . If you need care forget about it!!!!!! The most worst uncompassionate office that you will ever ever experience. if you are looking to use this doctor, keep scrolling. Do not stop. Keep going promise you the worst experience you will ever experience in your life. I’m sending a letter today to the Better Business Bureau. Also, I am moving up the ladder to the people that are in control of this doctors office.
This medical facility does have good doctors. Unfortunately some have come and gone and I believe it’s due to the staff that is there to assist them. Appointments are always an issue can never really get a straight answer. Prescriptions are not sent when they say they sent to pharmacy or are sent incomplete. I guess the doctor doesn’t pay them, and they must not be happy in their position.
The cleanliness score is abysmal. I had an appointment last March for my annual check-up, during which I specifically requested the exam results to be sent by email. They confirmed this twice and collected my email address, as I would be out of the country and needed to show the results to my primary doctor. However, they never followed through on their promise. This place does not care about patient care. I have been in their office on two separate occasions in the past week and called them for multiple days in a row, and they still have not sent my prescription like they said they would. They keep saying they will take care of it and call me back, but they have yet to do either. I have called them four times today and cannot get a human on the phone. Go here at your own risk.
Dr Butlig is an internist and knows exactly what he’s doing about your health when you have a checkup. He’s a caring doctor and listen to your health complaints. He treats you with your satisfaction. He refers you to a specialist if needed and do the tests. Overall , he’s the best doctor
I wish there was a zero star option. After going to see the really awesome Dr. Sarkisova for over 2 years now for the same issues and prescription I was told today by the receptionist (after talking to 4 others over the course of two days who didn't help with my issue or get my RX filled or have people return my calls) that the new charge for existing customers is a sky high $350 per visit - even if you are just picking up a prescription! This is ridiculous and extremely unprofessional!
