I was a patient of Dr. Chitsey for many years, and I can say with certainty that he never respected my time. Now that I’m 60 years old, I can confidently declare that he was consistently 1-2 hours late for my scheduled appointments. Every time I arrived, he would ask, “What are you here for?” A competent physician would review previous notes and understand the patient's needs without asking such an elementary question. I have recently visited the ER twice, once with my sweet mother and once with my cranky SO. Both times the staff were wonderful. I wish I could remember there names, Thanks
Very disappointed in service and speed at narmc er room. Might have better luck calling an ambulance. If you're bleeding out or suffering a heart attack don't expect emergency attention any time soon
