Dental care is fine, but business practices and customer care in my opinion, absolutely terrible. I was called by a collection agency 2.5 years after my last visit with him without the office meaningfully trying to reach me. No care for me at all. Was told they had a new accounting agency that found an error per the receptionist. Somehow that error is now my responsibility, plus almost 100% interest. Very disappointing to experience such dehumanizing treatment.
A smile done right! That's what I have. Dr. Bianco replaced five of my front teeth with full crowns a few days ago and I can't stop smiling. The teeth are beautiful and natural-looking, the color is a match, and my bite is perfectly comfortable. I couldn't be more pleased. Dr. Bianco has been my dentist for over twenty years and there's no one better at what they do. Not only that, he puts patient comfort first, and he has a great sense of humor. I recommend him wholeheartedly!
I've been a patient of Dr. Bianco's for roughly 18 years and I refuse to go elsewhere. He has a great ability to make you feel very comfortable. I recently went to him to have four veneers on my front teeth. The process couldn't have gone smoother. The temps were perfect and I felt no pain, which is important when you are wearing them for a couple of weeks. I absolutely LOVE my new smile!! I've gotten so many compliments and I couldn't be happier! Thank you Dr. Bianco!!!
I've been seeing Dr. Bianco for over a decade. Great bedside manner, trustworthy and service oriented. He is a very talented cosmetic dentist. You can't go wrong with him
I was referred to Dr. Bianco in 2001 by a friend and even after I moved to Arizona I won't go anywhere else. I still fly back to Dr. Bianco, as he is the only one I trust. He's got a great bedside manner and can really make you feel comfortable in a nerve-racking situation... I say this because I'm one who fears going to the Dentist. He also has a great sense of humor and his staff is excellent. I highly recommend him!
