Save yourself some money and go to a different dr. I waited in the waiting room for nearly an hour before being seen. When I finally got to see Dr. Bevan-Thomas, he seemed irritated that I was even there. Insinuated my issue was due to something else and rushed me out within 5 minutes. And I still received a $400 bill. For nothing. Ended up going to my primary care dr and they ended up referring me to a different urologist who took the time to figure out what the issue was and fix it. Procedure was explained in detail and the discomfort was managed well.
Front desk personnel was busy talking to each other. Didn't have time to acknowledge clients. Check out area Didn't have any clients on floor and they still asked me to wait.
In and out, first appointment, no pain. I don't really see how this process could be any easier. 10/10 I would be rendered sterile here again.
Doctor Thomas and his entire team did a fantastic job including the surgical team,I can’t thank them enough for the great work and support,it was truly amazing.
