Dr. Bevan-Thomas has a very considerate bedside manner and takes the time to explain medical procedures and results in terms that non-medical individuals can understand. I would recommend Dr. Bevan-Thomas to anyone in need of a Urologist.
Dr. Bevin-Thomas took the time to recognize the exact treatment I needed which was the Urolift procedure and I couldn't be happier with the results! I was done in a couple hours and there really wasn't any recovery, just a couple days taking it easy and I'm flowing like a young man again! Thank you for the excellent treatment and follow up!!
This is the best surgical Urologist in DFW area!! Researched Urologists when my brother was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic prostate cancer. My PSA was well below 4 (false decision point for older men) but was increasing at a faster rate. Went to Dr Bevan-Thomas whom I had found independently (my PCP recommended him also). He listened to my concerns, examined me and ordered MRI which found early stage cancer confirmed by biopsy. Save yourself some money and go to a different dr. I waited in the waiting room for nearly an hour before being seen. When I finally got to see Dr. Bevan-Thomas, he seemed irritated that I was even there. Insinuated my issue was due to something else and rushed me out within 5 minutes. And I still received a $400 bill. For nothing. Ended up going to my primary care dr and they ended up referring me to a different urologist who took the time to figure out what the issue was and fix it.
