Mark, the proprietor of this business, is the best tailor in town. I went to him back when I was a freshman at OSU and refused to go anywhere else throughout college. He's very knowledgeable and personable - I can't remember one time walking through those doors and not being greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. His tailoring work is impeccable, his knowledge of clothing and different brands is unmatched, and his prices are more than reasonable. Visited this tailor to get a suit done as I prepared to start a summer internship. Took four weeks to have the suit completed. I called twice in two weeks and never received as much as a text update. I had to stop in the shop to get an update from the tailor. Once the suit was done I felt that the fit was good but did notice a small hole above the left pocket that I had to sow myself. Overall, I was not very pleased with the service and would not recommend to others.
