Office staff Natalie Javier at the Riverside location always so helpful.
It has been a great experience and the scenery is breathtaking. The San Jacinto Mountains overlook the valley and the facility. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was awesome.
My calls to TOI are ALL forwarded to a "call center" located in MEXICO. My emergency call to my ONCOLOGIST, Dr. Yama**** was hung up On. I then recorded my calls to RIVERSIDE office, ALL went to a Mexico "call center" who refused TO CONNECT ME TO RIVERSIDE oncol Institute.
The front office staff do not have customer service skills. They don’t greet you, they could look you dead in your face and won’t smile, say hello or ask if you need anything. They’re more concerned about talking to each other and talking about TikTok. Their backs are always turned towards the window and they don’t look up to see if anyone is standing at the window. I’ve had good experiences with the PA’s and doctors. The front office girls lack people skills.
Very pleasant place. The people that work there shows real concern. Appreciate All of them.
