Helpful, knowledgeable. Listened to our concerns & gave us help.
Dr. Barnett does an excellent job of explaining medical issues in layman’s terms, and patiently listens to my questions and comments before providing his responses. As a senior citizen, I have had many primary physicians, but am most comfortable with him.
Dr Barnett is personable and caring. Front desk staff are also welcoming, although seem to be doing twelve jobs at once. The number of texts from BCH are excessive, you check in, then send another asking if you have arrived when driving to appts.
Doctor Barnett has been a wonderful doctor for my father's health issues. He takes his time listening to what problems my father is dealing with.
