Richard has been are AC guy for long time Always Honest!
I purchased 2 new Ruud air conditioners recently.I have had nothing but trouble. I was told one of the units was installed with not enough pitch causing condensation leakage. After numerous calls and inspite of warranty they refused to respond. I would not recommend this company.
