Excellent Dr. Asked thorough questions, and answered questions thoroughly. He listened well and made certain I understood the process, including preparation and recovery.
I was extremely nervous … due to previous surgery that had gone horribly wrong, which brought to see Dr. Richard Ballantine. This time I decided if I did not feel comfortable with a doctor, could not trust, or if I wasn’t being heard, I would look for another. As we talked, I began to feel comfortable. His experience in this type of surgery and his confidence, took my fears away. He took his time to explain to me, he listened to my concerns and gave me answers that I am comfortable with.
