I was extremely nervous … due to previous surgery that had gone horribly wrong, which brought to see Dr. Richard Ballantine. This time I decided if I did not feel comfortable with a doctor, could not trust, or if I wasn’t being heard, I would look for another. As we talked, I began to feel comfortable. His experience in this type of surgery and his confidence, took my fears away. He took his time to explain to me, he listened to my concerns and gave me answers that I am comfortable with.
Dr. Ballantyne is great. Explains everything in detail. Very professional and friendly. Very satisfied.
Dr. Ballantyne and his staff were awesome!! First off he was on time which is rarely the case. He was very easy to talk to and he really cared about helping me with my health issues. I left very comfortable with him and would highly recommend him.
