Had an appointment yesterday Got there early, took me early Dr Rubin was great explained everything and made me very comfortable. The staff was really good, Rose and everyone was so friendly and helpful One of the best doctors and professional environment Highly recommend
I’m very disappointed in this office. They’re not friendly, they have no answers for anything, they’re disorganized and the only thing they say is “the manager is not here until next week, I can't do anything else for you” or “I don’t know what to tell you” so if the manager isn't there, the office doesn't function??? I had to call 3 times on 3 different days and they still couldn’t figure out if the doctors note was ready & singed so it could be sent to my PCP. As sweet and professional Dr.Rubin can be I don’t recommend it.
Dr Rubin is a great doctor but his staff does not know how to manage a busy medical practice. There is zero consideration for any patients time. Emergency happen too frequently and are missmannaged, it is not difficult at all to call and move an apt so people are not waiting over 70 minutes. I wish he staff was a caring and as good as he is.
