I’d forgotten that I used this business years ago and had extremely negative experiences with the Kingston office. My experience at The Rhinebeck office was somewhat better though I found the receptionist pretty cold and disinterested, almost contemptuous, staring at her phone while I waited at the window. I saw the doctor, not the most personable guy but some doctors are like that, who sent me across the hall for X-rays after our initial talk, after which a woman came by and told me I could check out. Dr.Perkins took the time to listen when explaining my pain and injuries. He is very understanding and caring and I look forward to have his help in the future.

This was my first visit with Dr. Perkins, and I have to say, he is an excellent doctor. I truly appreciate that he took the time to listen carefully to my concerns about my pain and took them seriously. Unfortunately, I’ve felt overlooked by other physicians in the past, but Dr. Perkins made me feel heard. I was also highly impressed with the entire staff. The team in the office is kind, accommodating, and genuinely caring. They take the time to assist you in the best way possible.
