I have a good doctor. I have a problem with BS&W and the Eye Pavilion. They need to STOP scheduling so many patients every hour. I've been going here for 8 years and no matter what time of day my appointment is I generally wait two hours and sometimes more to see my doctor. Eyes are a sensitive matter and I take offense that as many as 16 people are scheduled every hour with the same doctor. This is difficult on everyone and needs to change, PLEASE! Dr Moore is always very thorough and caring. You may have to wait for him but he is worth the wait. He takes time with his patients to explain the treatments for their eyes and answers all their questions. He is a very kind caring opthalmologist.
