Excellent doctor & very caring about his patients.
Very disappointed had 2 failed procedures then DR referred me to BAYSTATE spfld. Procedure very successful in Springfield ! And please keep your religion out of procedures you should have sent me to Springfield after first procedure your lack in. Confidence shows. Enjoy your retirement
Took a long time to get back to us with dates for procedures. When results came in, a nurse left a vague and contradictory voice message rather than having the doctor call himself. Had to call to ask the doctor to please call to clarify the results. Very unprofessional. Again, told us they would get back to schedule another procedure, but didn't. I had to call the office to ask them to schedule an appointment.
