Visit to Dr. Richard Awtrey was very professional. The Staff made you feel very comfortable. They greeted you with a smile.They were pleasant and courteous. They answered any questions that you had.
Aside from the snippiness of the receptionist & the patronizing nurse who called me darlin’ (I’m twice her age), I was asked the same question multiple times with very little compassion. They do not communicate or share records with the hospital system where the office is located. The lack of organization/communication & lack of compassion was atrocious.
