They are the best, in Richard Auto. They explain me everything and are honest people with reasonable prices. One time I brought a quotation of another mechanic that apparently was trying to scamming me and Richard auto told me that my car didn’t need that amount of things that the paper was telling and they do the right things that were immediately important to my car that for me and my child be safe in the road and also cost me half of that quote. They are very honest. They are my personal mechanic now on.

A potential buyer took the car we were selling to a mechanic at Richard Auto & Tire Service. Had an appointment at 8:30 on 5/5/25 they didn't get to it and the potential buyer picked it up close to 5 pm on 5/6 and brought it back to me. In this workshop from the boss to the mechanics are unprofessional people. I gave them my car and it came out worse than how I gave it to them and I paid them money that was not returned. Then when I went to complain they told me that they were going to call the police and the Ice.
